GREENFIELD POLICE STATION

CLIENT:

City of Greenfield, Indiana

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

An addition to the Greenfield Police Department Headquarters Building, this project more than doubled the existing facility’s square footage. The project included additional office and clerical space, additional interview rooms, an expanded squad room and break room, and a large multi-function training room. A large, general storage basement space was also included, with a new elevator for ADA access.

A unique feature of the design is the incorporation of two public-use spaces, separated from the Police Department. These feature a pair of toilet rooms for use by the general public, including users of the new rails-to-trails facility adjacent to the structure, and a public-access cable television studio and control room.

APPROXIMATE PROJECT COST:

$700,000
